How long does an order take to process?
Processing time is between 2-7 business days as each item is made to order, with shipping being 2-5 business days. You can track the status of your order by clicking the "View Your Order" button in your email. You will receive a tracking number in your e-mail the second we ship it!

USA Locations: Dallas - TX and Charlotte - NC. Canada - Toronto. Europe locations: Riga - Latvia, and Barcelona - Spain.

What will the packaging look like in case of a door delivery?
Packaging is 100% blank and discreet. It will be either a box or a paper cardboard mail.

We ship from over a dozen international warehouses. If you order in North America, we will ship from either Dallas - TX or Charlotte - NC or Canada - Toronto.
